A while ago I was there and they took good care of me, how bad it didn't go well for you.
The service was terrible. We had to wait for our order because she was on the phone. The waitress was sitting down eating with 2 other people. My fried shrimp was still raw and the food was really oily. I had to get thier attention to bring me my new shrimp cause she didnt bring it cause she was talking and placing orders for herself. Other than oil the food was bland. Very unhappy and NOT recommend
Horrible service and the food was just ok! I will never go back there!!
Yummy ALL U CAN goodness for your tummy.
Good food, no-frills dining. Come pig out!
Good food cheap prices friendly service
All the fish and shrimp you can eat! 😋😁 The shrimp in chipotle sauce is soooo delicious! I am definitely going to have to go back again and again!
This is our favorite place to stop for all you can eat shrimp and fish. It's a must before coming home!
Very yummy food and great service. Just didn't like the fact that if you get the special you're not allowed to share nor take leftovers home.
Come to south padre and dont stop here is like you dont come i wan to special tank the lady the was there today mi baby have diabetes and she cant eat whatever and this lady take the time to help me select someting for her and she ensure she have great experience
Great flavors and all-you-can eat is my favorite!
Great service. The fish plate was well prepared and flavorful. The side orders were well prepared and fresh. Server came quite often to check that we had anything we needed. Quick service and friendly atmosphere.
Because its 14 all you can eat fish and shrimp!
Great food .Had senior menu shrimp .lots of food great service
We had the all you can eat fish and shrimp. It was fantastic!!! The best meal we've haf this week on South Padre Island.
We had (mexican style) shrimp cocktails and Fish Veracruzano. Both were excelent. Great home made salsa with the chips. Service was frendly. I would recommend and go back again
Place looked welcoming, husband ordered tampiqueña plate when plate arrived the enchiladas were empty inside and all soggy he didnt eat his plate. I asked about them and they said that's the way they came. Then to top it off there was a live cockroach on cup. Tried talking to lady in charge and she was making all kinds of faces. Still got charged for plate that we returned. Worst experience ever.
$40 in food for $8 buvks! Found my my little secret spot!
The food was good kinda cold but the lady in the front decided to add her own tip also she had a bad attitude. If I could rate this zero stars I would. This is not a place you want to eat in.
Huge portions. The best
We were out visiting South Padre and this place was one of the highlights! There are tons of seafood places in the area, but you can't bear this place for the food and the prices! The shrimp were beautifully butterflied and incredibly tasty. They had multiple styles and all of them were delicious.
Very good fish, shrimp.Great prices too.
At first glance resturant looked empty but looked promising my family and I waited over an hour for our food which was horrible, staff was friendly and understanding but if you're super hungry after a day at the island I do not recommend you to go to this place. Nephew also found a hair in his fries, menu items were to explained to us correctly therefore resulting in us not liking certain items in room from think about it's just because its 1e.99 doesn't mean it's going to be good think about it.
Pretty good place. They have an all-you-can-eat seafood option for both shrimp & fish. I chose both & it was really good. I really enjoyed it & highly recommend it if in the SPI area because if you're like me & enjoy your fish while in a beachy area, you want to try this place.
On the outside and inside it is nothing fancy. But don't let that fool you, the food is great. They have an all you can eat shrimp and fish...or just shrimp if you prefer. Fried only $13.99 and grilled (4 different ways) is $3.00 more all you can eat. Best deal around south Padre island area. Definitely beats the tourist places on the island. Great food and friendly staff. I
The fried fish, fried okra and hushpuppues were delicious. Fast, friendly service.
Cheap delicious food
My family and I decided to eat here because of many good reviews we saw but from the moment we walked in, we got an annoyed look from the server. She seemed to be in a bad mood because she was really rude and raised her voice at us while taking our order. The food was alright, not worth the price. The tip is already included on the bill and the drinks are pricey so we ended up paying close to 100 dollars for just 5 of us and four drinks. Overall it was was a bad experience and we definitely won't be going back again. From what we saw, the staff doesn't care much about good service since they're going to receive a tip anyways.
Good food! Great prices! Good variety. They have fried Okra and great weekday specials! Definitely recommend!
Nice little place awesome sea food
Can't beat this deal after a day of fishing! Great food and friendly staff!
Great food! Love the all you can eat. We are from Kansas and will be back!👍😎
The restaurant is a small hole in the wall with excellent food. If you want fancy this is NOT it...but if you like to go were the locals go...try it.We each had the all you can eat shrimp $13.99 a plate. We tried the fried shrimp, mojo de ajo [garlic/butter] shrimp, blacked shrimp, and enchipotlado [chipotlado sauce]. The shrimp plate is served with about 7 shrimp and 2 sides. You can order additional shrimps as you finish your plate. We tried them all. Well worth the price. The downside was that restaurant was hot...the A/C was not working properly. We would definitely return.
Good food and fun environment. Loud karioki but that is what you go for. Wings specials are great
My food was cold undercooked and the service was horrible as soon as we walked in there was a customer complaining about them charging the wrong prices (should have just walked out) the customer was stating that on the menu it says one price and she was charging another she was told that her order was being priced as dinner when it was barely going to be four.
Food takes an eternity to come out. Not recommended to eat “all you can eat.”
Love the shrimp it was good
Ordered the all you can eat but only able to do seconds. Regular shrimp plate is a good portion which is what my brother in law ordered... Either way you can't go wrong. My 105 lb wife was able to get through a third plate of shrimp. Food was good and I would go back my next time around.
The fish and shrimp was delicious.
We went because of the “All you can eat shrimp” they took a long time to bring the food. After they served us the first time, they took even longer to bring the second plate (only 6 little shrimps) My husband ordered the tampiquena steak and it did not have any flavor.
Really good food here. Love the all you can eat fish and shrimp. Sometimes it can be busy and you can be waiting for a table, because its a small restaurant, but its worth the wait. The food seems better than when it was called Lost Galleon. Can't wait to go again.
We had a great time here on a Friday all you can eat shrimp and fish it was so very good grilled blackened or deep fried. New watress kept a close eye on us and was over to check on drink refills- cola, ice tea, etc and of course shrimp. 8 to 10 shrimp a time they just kept on coming. We all ate our fill. Interior is very old tables could be updated. Bathroom again old but gets cleaned better than some I've been into. Pan cooked shrimp a little oily with butter and vegetable oil but oh so good. Shrimp size was also large. GO. ENJOY.
I had "All You Can Eat" fish. Wife senior shrimp & fish. Both excellent 👍. Portions large. 2 HUGE fillets (which looked like 4) to start. 2nd portion just as HUGE. 4 stars due to TV & Radio going. Great Senior place!
Terrible fried shrimps, greasy and no shrimp taste at all.
This is a decent, reasonable place for local seafood. There are numerous option for how you would like items prepared. Staff was courteous and helpful. Limited English spoken.
No valen cabeza fea la comida y el servicio....STAY AWAY no hygiene whatsoever ...corona hotspot....ohhhh menus are not disposable and they come with an appetizer of smeered ketchup and whatever the rest was
Great menu and awesome service.
This place was the lost gallon and I was super excited to try it again. We walked in and there was no air but we were tired and hungry and just needed to eat. The sodas from the fountain were not good but the fish was good.
I had the Mexican plate special for $5.95. It was really good.
Good service, the food was good for the price
Very good, authentic, everything fresh. Fried fish is about best I've ever had and charro beans home made each morning.
